Status light doesn’t glow, reload processing has been stopped, unable to add toner

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you. 
If your HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1200 series printer is not allowing toner reload and the Reload Status Light is not glowing, here are the steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

Check Toner Level and Reload Status

Verify the Toner Level Indicator:

  • If it shows +1 or +2, the printer is ready to accept a Toner Reload Kit.
  • If it does not show +1 or +2, the printer does not need toner and will not allow reloading.

Check the Toner Reload Indicator:

  • It must be white to proceed with reloading.
  • If it’s not white, the printer is either not ready or has a fault preventing reload.

Steps to Reload Toner Properly

  1. Shake the Toner Reload Kit for at least 10 seconds.
  2. Lift the scanner to access the reload port.
  3. Slide open the reload port cover.
  4. Remove the cap and ring from the Toner Reload Kit.
  5. Insert the kit, rotate clockwise 180° until it stops.
  6. Push the plunger down until it clicks.
    • If it doesn’t go down, pull it up and try again.
  7. Rotate counterclockwise 180°, remove the kit, and recycle it.
  8. Wait 30–50 seconds for the Ready light to stop blinking.
  9. Close the reload port cover and lower the scanner.

If Reload Still Doesn’t Work

  • Check for Error Codes on the control panel.
  • If Er/11 or Er/08 appears, it may indicate:
    • Faulty Toner Reload Kit.
    • Imaging drum issues.
    • Sensors covered by tape.
