Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

New 9015e idle for about 30 minutes won’t wake.
Start>Printers>Says offline.
No response from screen or power button.
Must unplug to work again.

I discovered the problem. When I installed the printer DHCP set the IP address at 1.84. I changed the IP address to static 1.140. I later discovered that Start>Printers>Properties was still at 1.84 and so the printer lost connection and froze up. Curious that it would lock up and not respond to screen touch or On/Off button… But now it’s working.
