I recently installed a new 902 Cyan cartridge from a 902 4-Pack. After installation all colors continued to print, except cyan. This occurred while printing from various applications. I ran the "Clean Print Head" utility and "Align Printheads". I received an error message when I scanned the "Align Printheads" page. "The device was not able to successfully scan the alignment page..." I printed a second alignment page and received the same result. I followed all the steps listed in the HP Print & Scan Doctor without success, The printer simply doesn't print the cyan from any of the diagnostic tools.
The steps listed in response to a similar issue posted August 2020, did not help. While cyan does not print, my new cartridge in down about 1/3 from all the diagnostics! Is this a faulty cartridge?
