New 9135e operating for 2 days at our business and we have received the F0.01.01.02 error about 8 times, requires restart each time. Anyone having the same error?

Typically a firmware. Typically the advice is to perform a factory reset and then update the firmware to the current revision.

2 HP techs tried remotely to solve the critical errors fo.01.01.02

but could not.  This is a replacement unit because the first 9135e purchased three months ago could not be set up by HP techs and would not print.  Is this 9135e a bad product?

Reset and firmware update did not fix the critical errors fO.01.01.02 on this second 9135e model.

Same issue for Windows devices. Nothing but problems printing and scanning.

Apple devices seem to work.

Firmware updated, all drivers are the latest, and my husband and I are IT professionals.

HP -- what is the problem??? It seems like there are many users with the same issue!
