I recently installed a new authentic HP cartridge.  The display say I needed alignment but I was in a hurry to print something so I skipped.  Then I wanted to go back and do it so I went to the HP Smart App

Went to Print Quality Tools > Align Printheads and I kept getting this message "New HP Cartridges Installed" and I could not go further.  Well that's information not an error!

I tried to use the Virtual Assistant but it was useless.

In the end, I went to Status > Printer Status and there was a new installed cartridge message that I needed to confirm and click OK (too bad I didn't take a screenshot).  Once I did that I was able to go back and continue.  However, now it just says "Printer problem", not much other detail

I tried powering off and on the printer, still same thing.

I'm not sure how bad the alignment is but this is frustrating.
