HI!

I've just bought the HP Envy 6000e and everything during the setup worked fine, was even able to test out printing something from my computer. All looked fine.

1 hour later and I go to print something, to find that the printer is now offline and won't print?! I'm connected wirelessly, and it seemed to work just fine moments before. I haven't changed anything since I set up the printer.

Have run through all troubleshooting tips with no luck, nothing seems to be able to fix it.

Please help!

Note - whenever I try to add the printer driver in my Mac Settings, it gives me this message:

Unable to connect to ‘HP ENVY 6000 series [B7852D]._ipps._tcp.local’ due to an error. Would you still like to create the printer?

It just keeps saying I'm not able to connect to the printer. So infuriating considering its brand new.
