Product: HP LaserJet Pro 200 color MFP M276nw
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

Got a new HP magenta toner for my printer from Staples.  Installed it and got a message, remove shipping lock.  That was done.  Used alcohol to clean the contacts.  Same message.  Took toner back and got a new different one.  Same problem.  Ordered one directly from HP.  Same message.  What can be done to solve the problem?
