HP Officejet 8010
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Installed HP8010 when I got it 2 months ago. Now that I want to print some documents, it is NOT printing Cyan at all.

Have done the following:

  • 1 Sheet of labels printed - no Cyan or Magenta.
  • 1st set of cleaned printheads done (all 3 levels). Magenta now prints
  • Diagnostic page printed - Test pattern 1 good, Test pattern 2 and 3 - not good.
  •  Printer tells me to replace cartridges, so I do. ONLY 9 pages printed with starter cartridges - no Cyan on any of them.
  • Cleaned printheads again - still no Cyan.
  • Copied a page - No cyan here either
  • Cleaned the heads yet again
  • Uninstalled the drivers
  • Re-installed the drivers
  • Cleaned the printheads again (3rd time now) -  still no Cyan

For a new printer, this should working right out of the box, without all this stuffing around.

Now what should I do?

thanks
