Hi. I was using my HP Printer when suddenly I got an error message saying the printhead was missing. I removed it and reinstalled it. Now I'm getting a different error message telling me that "New, unused cartridges must be used for setup" - however I'm not setting up the printer and don't have any additional cartridges because I'm an instant ink member and my current cartridges still have ink in them. I've tried reinserting all of the ink cartridges and performing a hard restart on the printer but the error message persists and I can't print. I'm stuck. Please assist. Thanks in advance.
