New color cartridge won’t work. Printer says problem with supply system. Printer is HP 9015

HP 9015 office jet Pro

I have a new HP 9015 office jet pro. I replaced ink cartridges for the first time today. Three cartridges replaced successfully but the magenta cartridge does not work. The error message on the printer says “there is a problem with the supply system”

@Julia27, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge.

 

If the error persists, follow the steps from this document - Resolving 'Print System Problem', 'Problem with Ink System' Errors.
