New ink and nothing will print, last inks would only print with the magenta but had ink

I'd be glad to help you! 

 

I'm sorry you're experiencing trouble with your HP OfficeJet Pro 8035, especially after changing the ink. It’s frustrating when new ink doesn’t seem to solve the issue, especially when there are color inconsistencies.

 

If your printer is printing blank pages, perform the steps from this link

 

If you are facing other print quality issues, Click here. 

 

Update the firmware. Click here
