New ink cartridges installed correctly not printing

Officejet Pro 6960
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I bought brand new hp print cartridges and installed them correctly, but since I have installed them, every page that prints is blank. Every test page, even after cleaning the printhead is blank. I've checked the vents on the top, restarted the printer, and cleaned/tested multiple times. Any ideas?

If you have tried all the steps mentioned in this HP document:- Click here

And if the still persists, this could be a hardware issue.

I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

  1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
  2. Select the country.
  3. Enter the serial of your device.
  4. Select the country from the drop-down.
  5. Click on "Show Options".
  6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.

I would love to talk to hp support. I tried all of the things listed but it still only prints blank pages. Copies will not print either. My printer is no longer under warranty so I am unable to get a case number.
