Product: OfficeJet 5255
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought my printer May 8th.  Every time I print a page the printer folds down the top right corner of the page.  I have tried checking the paper guides, reloading paper, and everything looks ok.  Any suggestions?
