Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I changed the cartridge (62XL)14 days ago and have only used it for at couple of times. Today, I can't print, and the display says "remove and reinstall the cartridge, control, that it's corretcly installed and press OK". I have done that  several times, have shaken it a bit and have cleaned it's contacts and the printer contacts with destilled water. I too have triede to clean it with the HP programme, but that is'nt possible. On the original package is written Malaysia feb 2021. Any suggestions?
