I just installed a new tricolor ink cartridge. Cleaned printer heads when I gat an alignment unsuccessful message. Did a sceond level cleaning and a third level cleaning. I did all of this twice and all colors are good except there is no blue. AGain, NEW cartridge with warranty ending date of April 2021. How do I contact someone to see if they will replace the defective cartridge.

I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.

 

If you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues, and the issue persists, this could be a defective color ink cartridge.

 

Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options.
