Product: HP envy 5540

Cannot print in colour from my computer. I’ve tried everything I can find on these pages but nothing has worked. It was working before and suddenly now nothing. I’m not tech minded but have followed all the steps I can find and nothing has worked. Stressed is an understatement as I need to be able to continue printing waterslides for my tumblers I make. Please can someone help me. It’s an hour envy 5540 if that helps
