@Anonymous258148, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding No cyan or magenta not printing!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand how frustrating this must be. Since you've already tried cleaning, aligning, and even replacing the ink cartridges multiple times, let's go through a few more troubleshooting steps:

Check if Ink Nozzles Are Clogged

Print a Print Quality Report:

Go to Printer Settings > Tools > Print Quality Report

Check if the cyan and magenta colors appear faint or missing.

If they’re missing, try a deep cleaning cycle (it might be called Second-level Cleaning in settings).

Manually Clean the Printhead

Since automatic cleaning hasn't helped, try this:

Remove the ink cartridges.

Dampen a lint-free cloth or cotton swab with distilled water.

Gently wipe the printhead where the ink comes out.

Let it air dry for 10 minutes and reinstall the cartridges.

Printhead Reset (Hard Reset)

If that doesn’t help:

Turn off the printer and unplug it from power for at least 2 minutes.

Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds while unplugged.

Plug it back in and turn it on.

Check for Firmware Updates

If your printer is on outdated firmware, it could be causing ink flow issues.

Go to Settings > Printer Updates > Check for Updates and install any available updates.

Remove and Reseat the Printhead (if possible)

Some HP models allow you to remove the printhead:

Take out the ink cartridges.

If your printer allows, unlock and remove the printhead, then reinstall it.

Let me know how it goes!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
