I filled few months ago cashback claim, which was approved without any issues, however, payment was made to the wrong bank account number, my bank claimed the payment was tracked and returned like a month ago to the HP. I checked my cashback claim and status is fulfilled.
I contacted HP Team with many emails in a last month but still no reply. I tried to write emails also to [Personal Information Removed]
Before I was chatting with one representative which asked from me new bank details to resend the payment, I provided it, until now no payment received. It is 690GBP for 5 expensive printers I purchased.
Is cashback promotion still going? Anyone have the same issues? Thanks!
