Product: HP OfficeJet 8022 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I'm using brand new HP 910 ink bought from Staples on 9.18.2024 that are good through 2026 for my HP 8022 printer. The old (same type HP 901 ink) works, but I'm getting the chip error message and the firmware error message is blocking my ability to print?  How do I fix this?  The warranty expired in 2020, but I'm using an HP printer with HP ink so why is there an issue? And, how do I fix it?
