Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have turned off the setting that say that I must use HP ink. However, the printer refuses to print using this toner. Any suggestions? is it just impossible to use off brand ink?

Exact model of printer? Some printers cannot use 3rd party at all, regardless of settings.
