Not Printing Black Ink - but Copy works fine

HP Recommended
HP Officejet Pro 6975
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I recently replaced my Black Ink cartridge (using HP brand) and since can not print any black.  I cleaned the heads, tried a [new] different cartridge but it will not print black -only the colors.  I've done the following but still have the issue;

 --used 2 computers (which were working fine prior (Windows 10 and Windows 7)

 --reinstalled drivers on both systems above using the latest from HP support site

 --removed the network and tried direct USB ports

 --tried 2 different [brand new] HP black cartridges

 --replaced ALL the cartridges [again, only HP brand]

 --cleaned the print heads (using a kit I bought)

 --reset all the factory defaults

If I just use "Copy", it prints fine including black and colors but if I print from a computer OR direct from the Reports interface, I get only Color -no black.  Even printing a Test Page from the Web interface will not print black!

Any ideas?  Thank-you....

-KC
