Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just replaced both my Black and Color cartridges and am now seeing that the printer is not printing Cyan - I have tried cleaning the heads (twice) and then followed an old post's remove cartridges / power down / power back up / install cartridges process - that is not work for me

I can see nothing else wrong - I copied a small image and got the same results, no cyan is printing

I am now out of ideas and would appreciate any suggestions

the cyan box is blank, no color in it at all - the rest of the report shows all the colors and shades of color

Remove the color cartridge and tap the printhead on a damp paper towel do you see Cyan?

yes, I do see all three colors, to include cyan

Print a Quality Diagnostic report, do you see 3 colors?

Most likely you have a bad cartridge.

thank you - guess I'll try getting a new cartridge and see what happens

There is a warranty on the cartridge, you should contact HP.
