Not Printing full page

My printer won't print a full page. It prints majority of it except for a half inch of the paper. I've tried changing the fit but it hasn't proven effective. It is always the bottom margin if vertical or the left side if horizontal. I'm not sure what is happening.

This printer requires a larger margin on the bottom edge.

Section:  Paper Handling > Print Margins

and

Print Margin Bottom (A4)	14.5 mm (via Software); 12.7 mm (AirPrint/UPD)
Print Margin Left (A4)	3.2 mm
Print Margin Right (A4)	3.2 mm
Print Margin Top (A4)	1.5 mm
