Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978

Today its stopped printing on their laptops wirelessly.  Says "device offline".  I have run Print and Scan Doc and that doesnt help.  Says Device Status error.

ALSO

 

A lot of the settings on the printer are greyed out and say "Admin loced" - how do I remove this please?

@spalbright, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

We will have to perform a factory reset to remove the Admin lock. I have sent you a private message with the reset instructions. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
