I am not getting my ink shipped to me because on the app where is shows my pages printed status shows my printer is offline. I have gone in and printed reports, turned off printer/router, reconnected, Made sure I’m not the same network, and everything comes out saying my printer is connected and no problems. I need ink and keep paying for it but I’m not getting it. First page of app shows my printer is ready and connected, only page where you order supplies is showing printer not connected Help!
At the top of the Status area on your HP Instant Ink account page, click the refresh icon . Look for a green checkmark and Online to make sure your printer is connected to the HP Instant Ink service.
If the printer is connected to the Internet, but the printer status on your Instant Ink account page continues to display Offline after clicking the refresh icon , wait and try again later.
If the issue persists, please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
