HI There,

We have HP laser jet Pro M428fdw printer Model. Issue with Printing errors and stuck print job despite reinstalling the driver. 

 

We have done the factory reset as well, unfortunately that could help either. Are you able to advise us here please?

 

Also there is Green and Blue light blinking on the screen of the printer.
