Not printing black.Replaced all cartridges. Still not printing black

My black ink was running out so changed it for a new HP cartridge. Failed to print black.  Changed all 3 colour inks, as they were low and tried again.  Still wouldn't print black.  I have followed all the advice in the forums that I have read about this problem but still not printing black.

 May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
