Hi @TheRev56,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Try these steps:
Check Printer Alignment:
- Start by aligning the printer cartridges through the printer's control panel or using the HP Smart app, if installed.
- Access the printer settings via the app or control panel and locate the alignment option. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the alignment process.
Paper Quality and Size:
- Ensure that you are using the correct paper size and type as specified in your document settings. Mismatched paper settings might cause printing issues.
Margins and Layout:
- Double-check the margins and layout settings in your Microsoft 360 document to ensure they match with the printer settings.
Printer Settings:
- In the print menu of Microsoft 360, verify the printer settings to ensure the page orientation and scaling are set correctly.
- Make sure the print settings such as "Scale" and "Fit to Page" are adjusted properly.
Update Printer Drivers:
- Ensure your printer drivers are up-to-date. You can download the latest drivers from the HP Support website or use Windows Update.
Printer Calibration:
- Sometimes, recalibrating the printer can help. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for calibration.
Test Print:
- After making adjustments, try a test print to check if the alignment issue is resolved.
I hope this helps.
