I was printing envelops - its stop printing after printing six envelops. I am printing envelops for Christmas cards and they are of custom size. It started when I changed Sender's address. It asked whether or not I want save the address  - I clicked no. Then it will not print. I checked the control panel for what's printing and there is none. It printed normal page.

Is it something happened to the door? If that is the case - there will be a list of printing to be printed

What is happening?

Any help will be appreciated.

@Apan

Which software do you use to print envelopes ? You have to use drivers and templates for THAT software.

Regards.

I am using Microsoft Ward 2010. I never had this issue. It printed six envelops and then stopped.
