Product: HP ENVY 5544 All-in-One Printer

I cannot print in colour with windows 10, having seen responses in the past I have tried changing preferences but windows will not allow access. The printer works ok when I print from my phone using the smart app. I tried doing the same on the pc ie. Using the smart app but with no success. Any help would be appreciated.
