For some reason when I print, some times the images don't always come out. For example, the boarder around the main subject will print beautifully but then the main subject itself isn't there, it's just white. Or when I print something with multi-colored text, it will just come out all black instead of layered. I have one example of something I was testing out that didn't come out right. Not sure why it wouldn't print the whole image just some of it? Hope some one can help because this is just one example, I have more of things just coming out completely black while others are coming out not at all. thumbnail.jpgScreen Shot 2021-01-08 at 4.26.32 AM.jpg

Please print and include a Printer Status Report of your printer:

Note: be sure to blacken the Serial Number (Value 3)
