Product: Smart tank plus 550

My recently new printer was printing ok, then the colours went funny. Did a test sheet and the yellow ink didn’t show up. Have cleaned printer heads to level 3 and problem still not resolved. The test said to change print head, but when I open printer the cartridges do not come to the middle, which I read means they don’t need changing. How do I get it to print properly again?

Hello,

In order to resolve this issue, please follow the instructions in the HP link Color or Black Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues.

If the issue persists, it may be necessary to replace the color print head. The part number of the color print head is: M0H50-30003.
