Welcome to the HP English Community --

The printer is not aware of what it is printing.

Try setting the window in which you are viewing the email to no larger than 100% of the normal size of the window.

That is Adjust the Scale

Depending on your device (computer, tablet, phone), you might be able to shrink the view window using Cntrl - (dash) to reduce or Cntrl + (plus) to increase the window size.

What else?

Check the Print Settings (for example in your browser if viewing email in your web browser)

General Example - Firefox - Viewing Web page and Print

Main print menu >> Scale settings

Firefox_Print_Web_Page_7Firefox_Print_Web_Page_7
