Product: officejet pro 6830
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

im trying to print invitations on index cards. it seems to work on the index cards, In the Meanwhile,  when i put in the invitation card into the machine which is a little thicker; it wont work at all. The invitations are the same size as the index card i just dont understand why?. Please help me.

Kindly refer to the paper handling section on the printer specifications page to check the supported paper size and paper types.

 

To know how to load the media correctly, refer to - Loading Plain Paper, Envelopes, Cards, and Photo Paper
