OFFICEJET PRO 6968 WILL NOT PRINT - Oxc19a0024

HP Recommended
OFFICEJET PRO 6968

Keep getting this error message. "There is a problem with the printhead  Oxc19a0024"

The message prevents me from cleaning or realigning the printhead from the settings on the printer itself.

Tried the following things:

Unplugging and plugging it back in again.

Restoring settings.

Replaced ink cartridges.

Manually cleaned the printhead with water and paper towels as suggested via YouTube.

Same error message persists. Need help!

@ACADIALIFE, Welcome to HP Support Community!

If you have already performed the steps from the document  '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Hope this helps!
