HP ENVY 4500 e-All-in-One Printer
Hello,
Like others, I have experienced this error a number of times. I usually restart it by unplugging the power cord and pressing the up and down keys at the same time, when it plugs back in, it has gone into "MFG MODE" and come back to life.
But not this time. And like others, this has happened after a power outage from the mains.
How do I get it going again? Is it possible to do a factory reset?
Any help is appreciated.
