I have received the following code on my printer OXB3DD1A2B. Turned off and on again, nothing changes.

@Marco011, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I understand you are not able to use the printer due to this error. To assist you better, are you able to bypass this error and access the home screen of the printer so that we can perform a factory reset?

 

For now, perform the steps mentioned in this document.
