Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9018e All-in-One Printer

First This is new printer and is replacing another HP

This page did accept my serial number, not did it find my printer.  The Add my product did, but it couldn't find it even after that

 

Now the real issue:  I try to print a 4 x 7 photo and it does a great job except that about 1/4- 3/8 in on the right is cut off.  I have tried everything I can think of but can't it to print properly.

Any suggestions
