I've had this printer for less than three years and I've probably used it less than 20 times. I recently booted my printer up in an attempt to print some things and received the following error: Indicated cartridges are not intended for use in this printer. I have checked all specs of the cartridges that I purchased and believe they are the correct replacement cartridges. I also replaced the black cartridge with a brand new cartridge just to see if that would help - nothing. I completed a printer reset as indicated in other discussion posts, removed and re-added the cartridges, and I even tried to update the firmware, but was alerted to this message, "Cannot update this device. This Firmware Updater does not contain updates for your device." I have also tried to put the old cartridge back into the printer while troubleshooting and it still gives me the same error message. It's important to note that I've changed cartridges before and have ordered the same exact ones I am currently having issues with. Please help!
