Product: OfficeJet 4650
Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

After 3 years of having no problems at all with this printer, all of a sudden to tells me the tai-colour cartridge is incompatible. It is an HP 63/302 Instant Ink cartridge supplied by Hewlett Packard. I am going round and round in circles trying to get to a support link that will enable me to contact HP Instant Ink. I've done all the troubleshooting suggested and none of it has worked. Can anyone help please?
