The Magenta on my printer doesn't print at all. Cleaned the cartridges 3 times still nothing, not even a hint of magenta color. Replaces cartridge as well.

I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.
Try making a standalone copy in color and check if it prints magenta. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document to resolve this issue - Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues
After cleaning, you may print a print quality report to check for magenta.
Update the printer firmware
Click here to download and install the latest firmware from your MAC.

If you have used 2 magenta ink cartridges and the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware issue with the printer.
Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
