I am having the same problem as was noted in this post: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Inkjet-Printing/OfficeJet-Pro-8025-stuck-on-quot-Printing-Alignment-Pa...

I have tried all the suggested solutions and have even tried a set of fresh ink cartridges, but it still gets stuck. Oddly enough, I can print while the message is up, but cannot access the touch screen on the printer, since the message will not go away and it will not print the page.

Please let me know how to perform a full reset in the printer to hopefully solve the issue. I tried it via the HP Smart app and via my computer, but both say the printer is busy and will not complete the operation.

Thanks.

Hi @Wskwirut

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

Thanks for describing the situation so clearly—it’s incredibly frustrating when your OfficeJet 8025 gets stuck on “Printing the alignment page” and won’t let you access the touchscreen or complete setup. Since you’ve already tried a cold reset and replaced the cartridges, this confirms the hardware issue with the printer.

It looks like we may have to raise a service order for the same.
