OfficeJet 8025 stuck on “Printing alignment page” during first time setup

HP Recommended
Office Jet Pro 8025
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am having the same problem as was noted in this post: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Inkjet-Printing/OfficeJet-Pro-8025-stuck-on-quot-Printing-Alignment-Pa...

I have tried all the suggested solutions and have even tried a set of fresh ink cartridges, but it still gets stuck. Oddly enough, I can print while the message is up, but cannot access the touch screen on the printer, since the message will not go away and it will not print the page.

Please let me know how to perform a full reset in the printer to hopefully solve the issue. I tried it via the HP Smart app and via my laptop, but both say the printer is busy and will not complete the operation.

Thanks.

@jwsnj, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Kindly follow the steps in this document to resolve alignment issues- Alignment Errors

Also, try the steps from - HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge

Performing a reset on the printer may not resolve this issue. However, I have sent you the steps in a private message.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

@TamiEspinosa

If you have tried the steps mentioned in my previous post and the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
