HP Recommended

Can someone please tell me how to safely remove the output tray on my HP OfficeJet 8600 -911a to replace it? There is nothing online. The only video online is for a different model. I called HP and couldn't understand a word of what was said by the agent. I called back and after like 10 times of repeating it real fast I caught the part about your printer is no longer supported. What does that have to do with answering my simple question? Can anyone help?
