Round 1:

Bought new set of  HP cartridges thru Amazon. After installing kept getting messages that one or more of the cartridges are defective; after troubleshooting and installing the HP app on my phone determined that the magenta cartridge was empty and the cyan and yellow were defective and could not be detected. Cartridges were returned, money refunded.

 

Round 2:

Bought a second set:

Same issue. This time magenta is full, but again, blue and yellow are defective. 

 

Not spending upwards of $150/year just for ink cartridges and having this type of issues.

It's the print head defective, nothing wrong with the ink cartridges.
