OfficeJet 8710 Pro constantly has a document stuck and all printing stops

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have 5 brand new HP OfficeJet 8710 Pro and almost on a weekly basis a document with get stuck in the queue and then the rest of the print jobs back log.  I cannot delete the job with the error so I have to follow the article:

It is getting very cumbersome and time consuming for a local USB printer.  I have uninstalled/reinstalled the device, downloaded and installed the full software package and even the doctor software.

 

Any suggestions or solutions are greatly appreciated.

I have two things to check.

1) 8710 firmware, latest is WBP2CN1716AR.

2) Did you run the system file checker?
