Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

OfficeJet Pro 6968 - Model t0f28a:  Error message "Print Failure" - says turn printer Off then On.  Also "paper jam".  The Off/On does not work and there is no paper jam.  There was a software update, but several days before this issue occurred.  The AI Assistant was unhelpful.
