OfficeJet Pro 6970

My printer just stopped printing Cyan one day (from both files sent from computer and copying files with blue color.  I've changed the cartridge (HP) and it shows full.   Any ideas on how to investigate what is going on and how to fix this?  Thank you.

I'm having a similar problem with my OfficeJet Pro 6970, product code T0F29..  Color copies made from the copier glass and documents submitted from the computer display one-half inch wide strips of the original image but are, for the most part, missing cyan.  The printer cyan cartridge has been replaced and all cartirdges show adequate ink levels.  Printhead cleaning and alignment have not resolved this issue.   Any suggestions?
