OfficeJet Pro 8025 stuck at 'Printing the alignment page..'

HP Recommended
OfficeJet Pro 8025

Brand new printer, right out of box, stuck at 'printing alignment page' screen.

  • Tried the reset by turning off, removing print cartridges etc, nothing works. Cannot perform a factory reset because it is stuck at the printing alignment page screen
  • Do not have extra inks, just the tester inks supplied with printer. Do not want to purchase new inks and find out printer is no good and be stuck with useless inks
