Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently replaced all my ink cartridges in my OfficeJetPro 9015 and the window has been stuck  on the message telling me to recycle all old cartridges. I hit OK and it doesn't go away.

Other things I've tried:

Opening and closing the printer

Removing all cartridges and putting them back in

Turning off printer

Unplugging the printer

Moving printer to other outlet and doing all those things again.

The message won't leave and that is preventing me from making copies or from scanning documents. I can still print from my computer, but there's no way to do anything else because I can't get any menu in the window. I went on chat and he ended the chat as soon as I told him what the problem was.

SOLVED- Got through to live chat and this is what worked:

1. Remove all cartridges

2. Unplug printer

3. Hold Power Button down for 30 seconds

4. Plug printer back in

5. Turn on

6. Reinstall all cartridges

The same message came right back up, but after a few seconds, the message switched to tell me that I powered down incorrectly and when I clicked okay to that, my normal screen came back. I was able to copy a document right away.
